All core menu items at E&C are prepared in house from scratch! We take great pride in producing all of our sauces, dressings and dessert items using the best ingredients while following our most popular recipes that date back over 20 years!
In addition, we offer 4 to 5 seasonal menus per year that include light and refreshing salads in the warmer months and some hearty and wholesome comfort food in the cooler months.
