Mr. Bryant was appointed President in August 1999, having previously joined the company in November 1997 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bryant has over twenty years experience in the beverage, foodservice and hospitality business, working in various senior roles for Whitbread plc., in the UK, USA and Canada prior to joining Elephant & Castle. Peter Laurie, Chief Operating Officer
From a food industry family, he has more than 20 years of national and international experience in hotels, resorts, pubs and restaurants. Mr. Laurie has served as VP Operations for Keg Restaurants in Australia; was part of the early success of Red Robin Restaurants in Canada, and in his role as Food and Beverage Director for BC's Oak Bay Marine Group, he oversaw operations from Northern BC to the Bahamas. He continues to be a franchise partner with the upscale casual Cactus Club Cafe in BC providing valuable expertise into franchise operations and management. Roger Sexton, Chief Financial Officer
